What does the one-time setup fee cover?
Design and build of your website: discovery, layout, visual direction, development, and launch. It's a single upfront cost with no surprises.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Managed hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, maintenance, domain renewal, and unlimited modifications. Your site stays fast, secure, and online, and you can request changes anytime.
Is the domain included?
Yes. Your monthly price includes your domain. Each year we pay up to a set amount toward its renewal: $20 on Starter, $25 on Standard, $35 on Growth, $50 on Premium. If your domain renews for $15, we pay $15 and you pay nothing. If it renews for $40 on Standard, we pay $25 and you pay the $15 difference, spread as $1.25 on each monthly payment. A standard .com or .ca is fully covered. This means an ordinary domain name, not a rare, short, or premium one that registrars price far above normal, for example a single dictionary word like paint.com, or a two-to-four letter domain like abc.com. Already own your domain? We move it to our registrar so we can manage it with your site, and it stays in your name. Business email is included on every plan: one mailbox on Starter and Standard, three on Growth, five on Premium.
What's behind the 99.9% uptime?
Our main partner is Amazon Web Services (AWS), the same cloud infrastructure trusted by companies of every size. We monitor it around the clock and handle all scaling, patching, and backups behind the scenes, so your site stays fast and online without you having to manage a thing.
What's in the performance report?
A plain-language summary of how your site is performing for your business, built from your site's own data. Standard gets it monthly, Growth and Premium get it biweekly; the content is the same either way, just more often.
How long until my site launches?
Most websites launch within 7-30 days of our kickoff call, once the project details are finalized. The exact timeline depends on your project's scope and how quickly we receive what we need from you.
Really unlimited modifications?
Yes! You can update your content, from new products and photos to fresh copy and offers, as often as you like. We protect your core design to maintain brand consistency, but we give you complete self-serve access for the rest. This puts total control right at your fingertips, so you can manage your content and make updates instantly without any back-and-forth.
Can you set up payments for my site?
Yes, from the Standard plan and up. Online payments run through your own Stripe account. You connect it from your admin login, and every payment goes straight to your Stripe balance. Card numbers never pass through us. When a customer pays, we send them an order confirmation email and we send you a new-order alert email, both from our own email service. You never set up or pay for a separate email-sending provider for that.
Do you handle shipping and fulfillment for online stores?
No. For ecommerce, you handle shipping, fulfillment, and delivery of your products. We build and maintain the storefront, product catalog, and checkout; getting orders to your customers stays with you.
Can you migrate my existing website?
Yes. If you'd like to move an existing website over to us, reach out and we'll discuss a migration approach that works for your setup.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel your monthly anytime by cancelling the subscription. No separate notice is required. Your site stays live through the end of the current billing period, and you get a 14-day window afterward to export or migrate your content. Setup fees are non-refundable once design has begun. What if something breaks?
We fix it at no extra charge. Keeping everything working end to end is exactly what the monthly covers. You'll never worry about downtime or broken features.

Refer a business that signs up and CA$25 comes off one of your months, every time.
